Com controles de n\u00edvel do tipo flutuador e sonda, isso \u00e9 conseguido de duas maneiras, e estas s\u00e3o c\u00e2maras externas e tubos de prote\u00e7\u00e3o internos:<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h4 class=\"p4\"><b>C\u00e2meras externas<\/b><\/h4>\n<p class=\"p1\">Estas s\u00e3o c\u00e2maras montadas externamente que t\u00eam conex\u00f5es com a caldeira. Eles est\u00e3o normalmente, mas nem sempre, equipados com controles de b\u00f3ia. n\u00edvel baixo.<span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<li class=\"li1\">Os outros alojam o segundo alarme de n\u00edvel baixo e o alarme de n\u00edvel alto (se instalado).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p class=\"p1\">Isto assegura que os dois alarmes de baixo n\u00edvel estejam em c\u00e2maras separadas.<span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\">As c\u00e2maras exteriores est\u00e3o equipadas com \"v\u00e1lvulas de purga sequencial\" e (opcionalmente) com v\u00e1lvulas de corte de vapor.<\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\">Nota: Se forem instaladas v\u00e1lvulas de corte, os regulamentos actuais exigem que estas sejam bloqueadas na posi\u00e7\u00e3o aberta.<span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\">Tradicionalmente, os controles de flutua\u00e7\u00e3o s\u00e3o instalados nas c\u00e2maras externas, embora as sondas funcionem igualmente bem e tenham a vantagem de n\u00e3o ter \/><\/p>\n<p class=\"p5\">\n<p class=\"p1\">O primeiro e segundo dispositivos de baixo n\u00edvel devem ser montados em tubos de protec\u00e7\u00e3o separados de modo a serem completamente independentes um do outro.<span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\">Os tubos de prote\u00e7\u00e3o em si n\u00e3o s\u00e3o itens padr\u00e3o e s\u00e3o fabricados especificamente para cada caldeira individual. No entanto, como o desenho dos tubos de prote\u00e7\u00e3o pode ter um efeito importante sobre o funcionamento satisfat\u00f3rio dos controles de n\u00edvel, o seguinte pode servir como orienta\u00e7\u00e3o para o seu desenho e instala\u00e7\u00e3o:<\/p>\n<ul class=\"ul1\">\n<li class=\"li1\"><b>Di\u00e2metro.<\/b> Um tubo de prote\u00e7\u00e3o de 80 mm de di\u00e2metro interno garantir\u00e1 condi\u00e7\u00f5es est\u00e1veis e proporcionar\u00e1 espa\u00e7o suficiente para a centraliza\u00e7\u00e3o da sonda. Quando duas sondas (por exemplo, sonda de controle de n\u00edvel\/alto n\u00edvel de alarme e sonda de alarme de n\u00edvel baixo com auto-monitoramento) devem ser instaladas em um \u00fanico tubo de prote\u00e7\u00e3o, geralmente \u00e9 necess\u00e1rio que tenham 100 mm de di\u00e2metro interno.<\/li>\n<li class=\"li1\"><b>Comprimento.<\/b> O tubo de prote\u00e7\u00e3o deve ir entre os tubos da caldeira o mais baixo fisicamente poss\u00edvel.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h5 class=\"p4\"><b>Localiza\u00e7\u00e3o<\/b><\/h5>\n<p class=\"p1\">Quando existem diferentes posi\u00e7\u00f5es de instala\u00e7\u00e3o da sonda, as recomenda\u00e7\u00f5es gerais s\u00e3o as seguintes:<\/p>\n<ul class=\"ul1\">\n<li style=\"list-style-type: none;\">\n<ul class=\"ul1\">\n<li style=\"list-style-type: none;\">\n<ul class=\"ul1\">\n<li class=\"li1\">O mais longe poss\u00edvel das conex\u00f5es de sa\u00edda de vapor e da v\u00e1lvula de seguran\u00e7a (m\u00ednimo 1 m), mas n\u00e3o muito perto das placas de fundo da caldeira.<\/li>\n<li class=\"li1\">T\u00e3o pr\u00f3ximo quanto poss\u00edvel do indicador de n\u00edvel. O tubo de prote\u00e7\u00e3o pode ser fixo ou remov\u00edvel e garantir\u00e1 que a haste do flutuador n\u00e3o seja danificada e que o movimento vertical correto seja alcan\u00e7ado.<span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<h5 class=\"p4\"><b>Controles de flutua\u00e7\u00e3o montados internamente com dispositivo de teste<\/b><\/h5>\n<p class=\"p1\">Os controles de flutua\u00e7\u00e3o montados internamente podem incorporar um dispositivo para testar o funcionamento do mecanismo sem ter que baixar o n\u00edvel da \u00e1gua dentro da caldeira. O teste pode ser manual, ou iniciado\/controlado por um temporizador.
