Para come\u00e7ar, vamos olhar para o controle padr\u00e3o de um elemento de \u00e1gua, que, com controle proporcional, proporciona excelente controle na maioria das instala\u00e7\u00f5es de caldeira.<span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\">Entretanto, com um \u00fanico elemento de controle proporcional, o n\u00edvel da \u00e1gua deve cair para que a v\u00e1lvula de controle da \u00e1gua de alimenta\u00e7\u00e3o abra. Isto significa que o n\u00edvel de \u00e1gua deve ser maior com baixa produ\u00e7\u00e3o de vapor e menor com alta produ\u00e7\u00e3o de vapor: uma caracter\u00edstica de controle de n\u00edvel decrescente.<span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\">No entanto, quando ocorrem mudan\u00e7as de carga muito bruscas, em alguns tipos de caldeiras de tubos de \u00e1gua, o controlo de um \u00fanico elemento tem as suas limita\u00e7\u00f5es.<span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\">Considere a situa\u00e7\u00e3o de uma caldeira quando ela estiver operando dentro de sua capacidade nominal:<span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<ul class=\"ul1\">\n<li class=\"li1\">A \"\u00e1gua\" da caldeira conter\u00e1 uma mistura de \u00e1gua e bolhas de vapor, que ser\u00e3o menos densas do que apenas a \u00e1gua.<\/li>\n<li class=\"li1\">Se a demanda de vapor aumentar, a press\u00e3o na caldeira inicialmente cai e o sistema de controle faz com que a taxa de queima do queimador aumente. A taxa de evapora\u00e7\u00e3o aumentar\u00e1 para atender ao aumento da demanda.<\/li>\n<li class=\"li1\">A maior taxa de evapora\u00e7\u00e3o significa que a \u00e1gua da caldeira ir\u00e1 conter ainda mais bolhas de vapor e tornar-se menos densa.<span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p class=\"p1\">Se uma carga repentina for agora aplicada \u00e0 caldeira:<\/p>\n<ul class=\"ul1\">\n<li class=\"li1\">A press\u00e3o dentro da caldeira ser\u00e1 ainda mais reduzida e parte da \u00e1gua da caldeira ser\u00e1 reevaporada. A revaporiza\u00e7\u00e3o da \u00e1gua da caldeira, mais o aumento do calor, j\u00e1 que os queimadores estar\u00e3o no m\u00e1ximo, significa que a \"\u00e1gua\" da caldeira ter\u00e1 ainda mais bolhas de vapor e a sua densidade ser\u00e1 ainda mais reduzida.<\/li>\n<li class=\"li1\">medida que a press\u00e3o diminui, o volume espec\u00edfico do vapor aumenta, e a resultante maior velocidade a que o vapor sai da caldeira pode criar um aumento no volume da mistura bolha de vapor\/\u00e1gua, resultando num aumento \u00f3bvio do n\u00edvel de \u00e1gua.<span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<li class=\"li1\">Os controles de n\u00edvel detectar\u00e3o este aparente aumento no n\u00edvel de \u00e1gua e come\u00e7ar\u00e3o a fechar a v\u00e1lvula de controle da \u00e1gua de alimenta\u00e7\u00e3o, quando na verdade \u00e9 necess\u00e1ria mais \u00e1gua. A situa\u00e7\u00e3o agora \u00e9 que h\u00e1 uma alta demanda de vapor e nenhuma \u00e1gua foi adicionada \u00e0 caldeira para manter o n\u00edvel.<\/li>\n<li class=\"li1\">Chega-se a um ponto em que o aumento do volume ir\u00e1 cair, possivelmente para um n\u00edvel abaixo do n\u00edvel dos alarmes de baixo n\u00edvel e a caldeira pode de repente \"trancar\", tirando a planta do ar.<span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h3 class=\"p3\"><b>Controle de n\u00edvel de \u00e1gua de dois elementos<span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">\u00a0<\/span><\/b><\/h3>\n<p class=\"p1\">O controle de dois elementos inverte a fun\u00e7\u00e3o de controle de n\u00edvel decrescente para garantir que o n\u00edvel de \u00e1gua seja realizado com altas cargas de vapor. Procura assegurar que a quantidade de \u00e1gua na caldeira se mantenha constante para todas as cargas e que, durante per\u00edodos de grande demanda repentina de vapor, a v\u00e1lvula de controle da \u00e1gua de alimenta\u00e7\u00e3o seja aberta.<\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\">O sistema funciona usando um sinal de um medidor de fluxo de vapor instalado no tubo de sa\u00edda de vapor para aumentar o ponto de ajuste do controlador de n\u00edvel com altas cargas de vapor.<span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\">Os dois elementos do sinal s\u00e3o:<\/p>\n<ul class=\"ul1\">\n<li class=\"li1\"><b>Primeiro elemento:<\/b> Sinal de n\u00edvel de \u00e1gua dentro da caldeira.<\/li>\n<li class=\"li1\"><b>Segundo elemento:<\/b> Sinal do caudal\u00edmetro na class=\"p4\">\n<p class=\"p1\">Qualquer instala\u00e7\u00e3o de caldeira que experimente mudan\u00e7as frequentes e repentinas na carga pode funcionar melhor com um sistema de controle de \u00e1gua de alimenta\u00e7\u00e3o de dois elementos.<span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\">Quando as mudan\u00e7as de carga do processo s\u00e3o grandes (por exemplo, em cervejeiras), um controle de dois elementos deve ser considerado e pode ser necess\u00e1rio quando h\u00e1 mudan\u00e7as repentinas de carga de mais de 25% em uma caldeira.<span controle de n\u00edvel de tr\u00eas elementos, mostrado na figura abaixo, inclui os dois elementos de sinal descritos acima, mais um terceiro elemento, que \u00e9 o caudal medido de corrente da \u00e1gua de alimenta\u00e7\u00e3o da caldeira. O controle de n\u00edvel de tr\u00eas elementos \u00e9 mais freq\u00fcentemente usado em salas de caldeiras onde um n\u00famero de caldeiras \u00e9 fornecido com \u00e1gua de alimenta\u00e7\u00e3o de uma linha de alimenta\u00e7\u00e3o circular pressurizada comum.<span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\">Nestas circunst\u00e2ncias, a press\u00e3o na linha de \u00e1gua de alimenta\u00e7\u00e3o circular pode variar de acordo com a quantidade de \u00e1gua a ser aspirada por cada uma das caldeiras.<span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\">Como a press\u00e3o na linha circular varia, a quantidade de \u00e1gua que passa atrav\u00e9s da v\u00e1lvula de controle da \u00e1gua de alimenta\u00e7\u00e3o tamb\u00e9m varia para cada abertura da v\u00e1lvula. O sinal de entrada do terceiro elemento modifica o sinal para a v\u00e1lvula de controle da \u00e1gua de alimenta\u00e7\u00e3o para levar em conta esta varia\u00e7\u00e3o de press\u00e3o.<span
