A quantidade de \u00e1gua a ser recirculada n\u00e3o \u00e9 grande e pode sempre ser verificada com o fabricante da bomba. Este controlador, por sua vez, varia a frequ\u00eancia da tens\u00e3o CA para o motor da bomba de \u00e1gua de alimenta\u00e7\u00e3o da caldeira e, portanto, varia a sua velocidade.<\/p>\n<ul class=\"ul1\">\n<li class=\"li1\">Se for necess\u00e1ria uma grande quantidade de \u00e1gua, a bomba funciona a alta velocidade.<\/li>\n<li class=\"li1\">Se for necess\u00e1ria menos \u00e1gua, a velocidade da bomba \u00e9 reduzida.<span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p class=\"p1\">Isto modula a velocidade da bomba para que a vaz\u00e3o da \u00e1gua de alimenta\u00e7\u00e3o corresponda \u00e0 demanda de \u00e1gua de alimenta\u00e7\u00e3o da caldeira.<\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\">H\u00e1 duas maneiras de aplicar a tecnologia de velocidade vari\u00e1vel em um motor:<\/p>\n<ul class=\"ul1\">\n<li class=\"li1\"><b>Com recircula\u00e7\u00e3o:<\/b> Quando a demanda \u00e9 atendida e a velocidade do motor \u00e9 reduzida ao m\u00ednimo, ainda \u00e9 necess\u00e1ria alguma recircula\u00e7\u00e3o de \u00e1gua de alimenta\u00e7\u00e3o para o tanque de alimenta\u00e7\u00e3o para evitar o superaquecimento da bomba, como mostrado na figura abaixo.<\/li>\n<li class=\"li1\"><b>Sem recircula\u00e7\u00e3o:<\/b> Neste caso, o controlador do motor para a bomba de alimenta\u00e7\u00e3o da caldeira com cargas muito baixas, pelo que a recircula\u00e7\u00e3o n\u00e3o \u00e9 necess\u00e1ria.<span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"size-full wp-image-9912 aligncenter\" src=\"https:\/\/vaporparalaindustria.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/09\/Sistemas-de-control-modulante-en-calderas-de-vapor-2.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"2114\" height=\"1182\" \/><\/p>\n<p class=\"p3\">\n<p class=\"p1\">Dois factores importantes relacionados com o arranque e paragem de uma bomba s\u00e3o:<span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<ul class=\"ul1\">\n<li class=\"li1\">A bomba n\u00e3o deve ser ligada e parada por um per\u00edodo de tempo maior do que o recomendado pelo fabricante.<\/li>\n<li class=\"li1\">Na partida, o controlador de freq\u00fc\u00eancia deve iniciar a rampa com uma velocidade baixa, para minimizar o desgaste da bomba.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p class=\"p1\">A grande vantagem dos variadores de velocidade \u00e9 que, como a velocidade da bomba varia, tamb\u00e9m varia o seu consumo de energia e, claro, a redu\u00e7\u00e3o do consumo de energia significa uma redu\u00e7\u00e3o dos custos de funcionamento.<\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\">No entanto, a poupan\u00e7a de custos resultante da utiliza\u00e7\u00e3o de variadores de velocidade deve estar relacionada com o custo mais elevado do equipamento de controlo. Normalmente s\u00f3 \u00e9 vi\u00e1vel para grandes caldeiras com grandes varia\u00e7\u00f5es de carga ou operando de forma antecipada\/atraso.<span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\">Em resumo, estas s\u00e3o as vantagens do sistema de controle de n\u00edvel modulante em caldeiras de vapor:<\/p>\n<ul class=\"ul1\">\n<li class=\"li1\">Press\u00e3o e caudal de vapor constantes dentro da capacidade t\u00e9rmica da caldeira.<\/li>\n<li class=\"li1\">Opera\u00e7\u00e3o mais eficiente do queimador.<\/li>\n<li class=\"li1\">Menos stress t\u00e9rmico no corpo da caldeira.<\/li>\n<li class=\"li1\">Menos transporte de \u00e1gua da caldeira.<\/li>\n<li class=\"li1\">Pode ser utilizada uma esta\u00e7\u00e3o de bomba de alimenta\u00e7\u00e3o central.<span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<li class=\"li1\">Menos desgaste na bomba de alimenta\u00e7\u00e3o e no queimador.<span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p class=\"p1\">No lado negativo, o sistema de modula\u00e7\u00e3o:<\/p>\n<ul class=\"ul1\">\n<li class=\"li1\">Mais caro.<\/li>\n<li class=\"li1\">A bomba de alimenta\u00e7\u00e3o deve estar em funcionamento cont\u00ednuo.
