Se n\u00e3o forem removidos, acumular-se-\u00e3o e, passado algum tempo, impedir\u00e3o a transfer\u00eancia de calor atrav\u00e9s dos tubos da caldeira, sobreaquecer\u00e3o e poder\u00e3o at\u00e9 ser danificados.<\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\">O m\u00e9todo recomendado para remover esta lama \u00e9 fazer descargas curtas e repentinas utilizando uma grande v\u00e1lvula de passagem inferior no fundo da caldeira. O objetivo \u00e9 permitir que o lodo tenha tempo para ser redistribu\u00eddo, para que uma quantidade maior possa ser removida no pr\u00f3ximo sopro de fundo.<\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\">Por esta raz\u00e3o, uma purga de apenas quatro segundos a cada oito horas \u00e9 muito mais eficaz do que uma purga de doze segundos durante o primeiro turno de oito horas e depois zero durante o resto do dia.<\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\">A \u00e1gua da bomba vai escorrer para um po\u00e7o de descarga de tijolos embebido no subsolo, ou para um tanque de descarga de metal acima do solo. O tamanho do tanque depender\u00e1 da vaz\u00e3o da \u00e1gua soprada e da revapora\u00e7\u00e3o que entra no tanque quando a v\u00e1lvula sopradora \u00e9 aberta.<span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\">As principais influ\u00eancias sobre a taxa de purga s\u00e3o:<span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<ul class=\"ul1\">\n<li class=\"li1\">Press\u00e3o da caldeira.<\/li>\n<li class=\"li1\">O tamanho da linha de purga.<\/li>\n<li class=\"li1\">O comprimento da linha de sopro entre a caldeira e o tanque de explos\u00e3o.<span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p class=\"p1\">Na pr\u00e1tica, um comprimento m\u00ednimo de linha de purga de 7,5 metros \u00e9 razo\u00e1vel, e a maioria dos tanques de purga s\u00e3o dimensionados com base nisso. As linhas de purga ter\u00e3o cotovelos, v\u00e1lvulas de reten\u00e7\u00e3o e a pr\u00f3pria v\u00e1lvula de purga; e estas conex\u00f5es aumentar\u00e3o o salto de press\u00e3o ao longo da linha de purga. Eles podem ser pensados em rela\u00e7\u00e3o a um \"corpo direito equivalente de tubo\", e podem ser adicionados ao comprimento do tubo para dar um corpo equivalente em geral. Nestes casos, multiplique a press\u00e3o da caldeira por 1,15 para calcular a taxa de expans\u00e3o na figura abaixo. No exemplo acima, a press\u00e3o da caldeira \u00e9 de 10 bar r, e das mesas de vapor, hf \u00e9 de 782 kJ\/kg. Assim, a taxa de energia a ser libertada da caldeira ser\u00e1: 782 kJ\/kg x 6,2 kg\/s = 4,85 MW.<\/li>\n<li class=\"li1\"><b>Mudan\u00e7a no volume.<\/b> Durante um per\u00edodo de purga de tr\u00eas segundos, a quantidade de \u00e1gua purgada ser\u00e1: 6,2 kg\/s x 3 segundos = 18,6 kg. O volume dos 18,6 kg de \u00e1gua purgada \u00e9:<span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">\u00a0 <\/span>18,6 kg x 0,001 m3\/kg = 0,018 6 m3.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p class=\"p1\">A partir dos c\u00e1lculos de revaporiza\u00e7\u00e3o, 16% de \u00e1gua a 10 bar r e a temperatura de satura\u00e7\u00e3o ir\u00e1 revaporizar quando a press\u00e3o for reduzida \u00e0 press\u00e3o atmosf\u00e9rica. O vapor \u00e0 press\u00e3o atmosf\u00e9rica tem um volume consideravelmente maior do que a \u00e1gua e cada quilograma ocupa 1.673 m3 de espa\u00e7o.<\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\">O volume revaporizado resultante dos 18,6 kg de \u00e1gua da caldeira ser\u00e1: (18,6 kg x 16%) x 1,673 m3\/kg = 4,98 m3. Em compara\u00e7\u00e3o, o volume de \u00e1gua \u00e9 reduzido a: (18,6 kg x 84%) x 0,001 m3\/kg = 0,0156 m3.<\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\">Um fluxo de energia t\u00e3o elevado e a enorme mudan\u00e7a de volume entre a montante e a jusante da v\u00e1lvula de purga significa que se desenvolver\u00e3o for\u00e7as de reac\u00e7\u00e3o substanciais e que a purga da caldeira deve ser manuseada de forma segura.<span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\">Em termos de regulamentos e orienta\u00e7\u00f5es para a purga de fundo, cada pa\u00eds deve confirmar os regulamentos locais, mas a import\u00e2ncia disto deve ser sempre real\u00e7ada:<\/p>\n<ul class=\"ul1\">\n<li class=\"li1\">Sentido comum.<\/li>\n<li class=\"li1\">Boas pr\u00e1ticas de engenharia e instala\u00e7\u00e3o.<\/li>\n<li class=\"li1\">Seguran\u00e7a.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p class=\"p1\">Em todos os casos, \u00e9 importante assegurar que existe um isolamento adequado para fins de manuten\u00e7\u00e3o e para evitar o fluxo inverso. A instala\u00e7\u00e3o de <a href=\"https:\/\/vaporparalaindustria.com\/pt\/recuperacion-de-calor-de-las-purgas-de-caldera-con-control-de-tds\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><span class=\"s1\"><b>Controle de TDS nas plantas<\/b><\/span><\/a> com caldeiras m\u00faltiplas deve incluir uma v\u00e1lvula de reten\u00e7\u00e3o e uma v\u00e1lvula de corte para evitar que a press\u00e3o\/fluxo passe de uma caldeira para outra.<\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\">Isto \u00e9 especialmente importante quando uma caldeira \u00e9 desligada, j\u00e1 que a v\u00e1lvula de controle TDS pode n\u00e3o ser projetada para fechar contra uma press\u00e3o a jusante. As boas pr\u00e1ticas de engenharia ter\u00e3o em conta o que aconteceria se a v\u00e1lvula de controlo estivesse sempre a passar \u00e1gua ou vapor.
