{"id":9829,"date":"2021-07-23T09:00:17","date_gmt":"2021-07-23T08:00:17","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/vaporparalaindustria.com\/?p=9829"},"modified":"2021-07-23T15:47:57","modified_gmt":"2021-07-23T14:47:57","slug":"recuperacion-de-calor-de-las-purgas-de-caldera-con-control-de-tds","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/vaporparalaindustria.com\/pt\/recuperacion-de-calor-de-las-purgas-de-caldera-con-control-de-tds\/","title":{"rendered":"Recupera\u00e7\u00e3o de calor de caldeiras com monitoramento TDS"},"content":{"rendered":"<p class=\"p1\">Antes de discutir a recupera\u00e7\u00e3o de calor das caldeiras com controle de TDS, deve-se lembrar que em artigos anteriores discutimos a \u00e1gua que tinha que ser soprada da caldeira para manter um n\u00edvel aceit\u00e1vel de TDS.<\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\">Esta \u00e1gua tem certas caracter\u00edsticas<span class=\"s1\">:<\/span><\/p>\n<ul class=\"ul1\">\n<li class=\"li1\"><b>\u00c9 sujo.<\/b>o que significa isso:\n<ul class=\"ul1\">\n<li class=\"li1\">A \u00e1gua geralmente n\u00e3o \u00e9 adequada para outras aplica\u00e7\u00f5es.<\/li>\n<li class=\"li1\">A \u00e1gua suja pode apresentar problemas para elimina\u00e7\u00e3o.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li><b>Est\u00e1 calor.<\/b>o que significa isso:\n<ul class=\"ul1\">\n<li class=\"li1\">Uma parte da \u00e1gua vai se revaporizar \u00e0 press\u00e3o atmosf\u00e9rica.<\/li>\n<li class=\"li1\">A \u00e1gua quente pode apresentar problemas para elimina\u00e7\u00e3o. Para clareza de c\u00e1lculo acima das tabelas de vapor com \u00e1gua a 0\u00b0C s\u00e3o utilizados.<\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\">Na realidade, a \u00e1gua de maquilhagem para substituir a purga \u00e9 fornecida a uma temperatura mais elevada do que a purga, pelo que a purga energ\u00e9tica ser\u00e1 ligeiramente inferior. Por exemplo, se a \u00e1gua de maquilhagem estiver a 10\u00b0C, a purga de energia ser\u00e1 de 228 kW.<span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h3 class=\"p4\"><b>Revaporiza\u00e7\u00e3o na recupera\u00e7\u00e3o de calor de caldeiras com controle de TDS<\/b><\/h3>\n<p class=\"p1\">A \u00e1gua purgada da caldeira \u00e9 a \u00e1gua \u00e0 temperatura de satura\u00e7\u00e3o \u00e0 press\u00e3o da caldeira. No caso da caldeira no exemplo mostrado acima - 10 bar r, esta temperatura \u00e9 de 184\u00b0C. Obviamente, a \u00e1gua n\u00e3o pode existir a 184\u00baC em condi\u00e7\u00f5es atmosf\u00e9ricas, porque h\u00e1 um excesso de entalpia ou energia.<\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\">Assumindo que a \u00e1gua de purga flui para um sistema revaporizador operando a 0,5 bar r, as tabelas de vapor podem ser usadas para quantificar este excesso de energia:<span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<div class=\"alert alert-secondary\">\n<p class=\"p6\">Enthalpy espec\u00edfico de \u00e1gua a 10 bar r = 782 kJ \/ kg (hf a 10 bar r)<\/p>\n<p class=\"p6\">Enthalpia espec\u00edfica de \u00e1gua a 0,5 bar r = 468 kJ \/ kg (hf a 0,5 bar r)<\/p>\n<p class=\"p6\"><b>Excesso de energia = 314 kJ \/ kg<span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">\u00a0<\/span><\/b><\/p>\n<\/div>\n<p class=\"p1\">Este excesso de energia evapora parte da \u00e1gua e este vapor \u00e9 conhecido como vapor revaporizado.<\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\">A quantidade de re-evapora\u00e7\u00e3o pode ser facilmente calculada com tabelas ou gr\u00e1ficos de vapor.<span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\"><strong>Vejamos o seguinte exemplo:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\">A entalpia espec\u00edfica de evapora\u00e7\u00e3o a 0,5 bar r (hfg) nas tabelas de vapor \u00e9 de 2 226 kJ\/kg. Portanto 14,1 % da \u00e1gua purgada da caldeira ser\u00e1 convertida em vapor quando sua press\u00e3o cair de 10 para 0,5 bar r no outro lado da v\u00e1lvula de sopro.<span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\">H\u00e1 duas op\u00e7\u00f5es:<\/p>\n<ol class=\"ol1\">\n<li class=\"li1\">Ventilando esta revapora\u00e7\u00e3o para a atmosfera atrav\u00e9s do tanque de expans\u00e3o com o correspondente desperd\u00edcio de energia e \u00e1gua potencialmente de boa qualidade do vapor condensado.<span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<li class=\"li1\">Use a energia do revaporate, e recupere a \u00e1gua condensando o revaporate. \u00c9 \u00fatil para quantificar a quantidade de energia na revapora\u00e7\u00e3o. Isto pode ser feito usando as mesas de vapor.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p class=\"p1\"><strong>Agora, vejamos o seguinte exemplo:<\/strong><\/p>\n<div class=\"alert alert-secondary\">\n<p class=\"p6\">Taxa de gera\u00e7\u00e3o de vaporiza\u00e7\u00e3o = 1 111 kg\/h x 14,1%<\/p>\n<p class=\"p6\">Taxa de gera\u00e7\u00e3o de vaporiza\u00e7\u00e3o = 157 kg\/h (0,0435 kg\/s)<\/p>\n<p class=\"p6\">Energia total por kg de vapor = 2 694 kJ\/kg (h<span class=\"s3\">g <\/span>a 0,5 bar r)<\/p>\n<p class=\"p6\">Caudal de energia na revaporiza\u00e7\u00e3o = 0,0435 kg\/s x 2 694 kJ\/kg<span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p6\"><b>Caudal de pot\u00eancia \u00e0 revaporiza\u00e7\u00e3o = 117 kW<span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">\u00a0<\/span><\/b><\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\">Compare isto com a taxa de purga de pot\u00eancia da caldeira de 241 kW.<span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<\/div>\n<p class=\"p1\">Existe a possibilidade de utilizar esta revapora\u00e7\u00e3o: neste exemplo representa quase 49% do fluxo de energia na descarga, e 14,1% da \u00e1gua purgada. Usando os valores das tabelas de vapor para os c\u00e1lculos acima, assume-se que a \u00e1gua de alimenta\u00e7\u00e3o \u00e9 fornecida a uma temperatura de 0\u00b0C.
