O fabricante da caldeira deve ser sempre consultado para recomenda\u00e7\u00f5es espec\u00edficas.<span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<h4 class=\"p3\"><b>C\u00e1lculo da taxa de purga<span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">\u00a0<\/span><\/b><\/h4>\n<p class=\"p1\">As seguintes informa\u00e7\u00f5es s\u00e3o necess\u00e1rias:<span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<ul class=\"ul1\">\n<li class=\"li1\">O TDS necess\u00e1rio na \u00e1gua da caldeira em partes por milh\u00e3o. Para ver graficamente, voc\u00ea pode ir para a tabela que publicamos no artigo sobre a <a href=\"https:\/\/vaporparalaindustria.com\/pt\/fundamentos-del-control-de-tds-en-el-agua-de-caldera\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><span class=\"s1\"><b>no\u00e7\u00f5es b\u00e1sicas de controle de TDS na \u00e1gua da caldeira<\/b><\/span><\/a>.<\/li>\n<li class=\"li1\">TDS em \u00e1gua de alimenta\u00e7\u00e3o em partes por milh\u00e3o. Um valor m\u00e9dio pode ser obtido a partir de registros de tratamento de \u00e1gua, ou uma amostra de \u00e1gua de alimenta\u00e7\u00e3o pode ser obtida e sua condutividade medida. Como na medi\u00e7\u00e3o do TDS da \u00e1gua da caldeira, condutividade (mS\/cm) x 0,7 = TDS em partes por milh\u00e3o (a 25\u00b0C). \u00c9 importante notar que a amostra de \u00e1gua de alimenta\u00e7\u00e3o necess\u00e1ria \u00e9 da linha de alimenta\u00e7\u00e3o da caldeira ou do tanque de alimenta\u00e7\u00e3o e n\u00e3o \u00e9 uma amostra da \u00e1gua de alimenta\u00e7\u00e3o que abastece o tanque de alimenta\u00e7\u00e3o.<\/li>\n<li class=\"li1\">A quantidade de vapor gerada por uma caldeira \u00e9 geralmente medida em kg\/h. O dispositivo mais simples \u00e9 uma placa de orif\u00edcio mostrada na figura abaixo. O tamanho do orif\u00edcio \u00e9 determinado com base em:<\/p>\n<ul class=\"ul1\">\n<li class=\"li1\"><b>Taxa de fluxo.<\/b> Um m\u00e9todo de c\u00e1lculo de fluxo \u00e9 mostrado acima.<\/li>\n<li class=\"li1\"><b>Queda de press\u00e3o. <\/b>Teoricamente, isto seria a press\u00e3o da caldeira \u00e0 press\u00e3o atmosf\u00e9rica. No entanto, o atrito e a contrapress\u00e3o da tubagem s\u00e3o inevit\u00e1veis, pelo que, para efeitos deste M\u00f3dulo, vamos assumir que a press\u00e3o no lado a jusante do orif\u00edcio \u00e9 de 0,5 bar r. H\u00e1 um problema: um orif\u00edcio n\u00e3o \u00e9 ajust\u00e1vel e, portanto, s\u00f3 pode ser correto para um conjunto espec\u00edfico de circunst\u00e2ncias. Se a taxa de produ\u00e7\u00e3o de vapor:\n<ul class=\"ul1\">\n<li class=\"li1\">Aumento: N\u00e3o passaria \u00e1gua suficiente atrav\u00e9s do orif\u00edcio. O n\u00edvel de TDS na caldeira aumentaria, e ocorreria o priming e o carry-over.<\/li>\n<li class=\"li1\">Redujera: Demasiada \u00e1gua correria atrav\u00e9s do orif\u00edcio. Isto significa que uma parte substancial da \u00e1gua ser\u00e1 revaporizada, aumentando o seu volume num factor de mais de 1 000. Esta r\u00e1pida e agressiva mudan\u00e7a de estado e volume sobre o orif\u00edcio pode resultar em eros\u00e3o e desgaste do orif\u00edcio. Isto aumenta tanto o tamanho quanto a caracter\u00edstica de fluxo (coeficiente de descarga) do orif\u00edcio, resultando em um aumento progressivo na quantidade de sopro.<\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\">O vapor de \u00e1gua, sendo um g\u00e1s, pode viajar muito mais r\u00e1pido do que a \u00e1gua (l\u00edquida). No entanto, o vapor e a \u00e1gua n\u00e3o est\u00e3o adequadamente separados, fazendo com que as got\u00edculas de \u00e1gua circulem a uma velocidade muito elevada com o vapor atrav\u00e9s da tubagem. Isto leva a um aumento da eros\u00e3o e possivelmente a golpes de ar\u00edete nos equipamentos e condutas a jusante.<\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\">O problema de re-equipamento aumenta com a press\u00e3o da caldeira.
