O volume de \u00e1gua no vapor com um t\u00edtulo de vapor de, por exemplo, 0,95 como propor\u00e7\u00e3o do vapor \u00e9 muito pequeno.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\">O que precisa de ser medido \u00e9 a condensa\u00e7\u00e3o de vapor seco. No entanto, pesquisas independentes mostraram que gotas de \u00e1gua com impacto sobre o obst\u00e1culo vertical causar\u00e3o erros. <\/span><\/p>\n<h4 class=\"p4\"><span class=\"s1\"><b>Conclus\u00f5es<\/b><\/span><\/h4>\n<p class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\">A medi\u00e7\u00e3o precisa do fluxo depende disso:<\/span><\/p>\n<ul class=\"ul1\">\n<li class=\"li1\"><span class=\"s1\"><b>Levar em conta as varia\u00e7\u00f5es de press\u00e3o.<\/b> A press\u00e3o varia em cada sistema de vapor e \u00e9 claramente in\u00fatil especificar um caudal\u00edmetro com uma precis\u00e3o de \u00b1 2% se varia\u00e7\u00f5es de press\u00e3o por si s\u00f3 podem dar erros de \u00b1 10%. O conjunto de medi\u00e7\u00e3o do fluxo de vapor deve incluir a compensa\u00e7\u00e3o de densidade.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul class=\"ul1\">\n<li class=\"li1\"><span class=\"s1\">T\u00edtulo de vapor previs\u00edvel. A medi\u00e7\u00e3o do t\u00edtulo do vapor \u00e9 muito complexa; uma op\u00e7\u00e3o muito mais f\u00e1cil e melhor \u00e9 instalar um separador de gotas em frente de qualquer medidor de fluxo de vapor. Isto assegura que o t\u00edtulo do vapor esteja sempre pr\u00f3ximo de 1,0, independentemente do estado do vapor entregue. <\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3 class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\"><b>Vapor superaquecido <\/b><\/span><\/h3>\n<p class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\">Com vapor superaquecido h\u00e1 sempre uma rela\u00e7\u00e3o entre a press\u00e3o e a temperatura do vapor. As tabelas de vapor mostram informa\u00e7\u00f5es detalhadas sobre esta correla\u00e7\u00e3o. Para aplicar a compensa\u00e7\u00e3o de densidade em vapor saturado, apenas a temperatura ou press\u00e3o do vapor tem de ser detectada para determinar a densidade (r). Este sinal pode ser transmitido a um processador de fluxo juntamente com o sinal de fluxo que, se tiver um algoritmo das tabelas de vapor, realizar\u00e1 todos os c\u00e1lculos de fluxo de massa. <\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\">Contudo, o vapor superaquecido est\u00e1 muito pr\u00f3ximo de ser um g\u00e1s e n\u00e3o h\u00e1 rela\u00e7\u00e3o entre temperatura e press\u00e3o. Ao medir o fluxo de vapor superaquecido, a press\u00e3o e a temperatura do vapor devem ser medidas simultaneamente. A instrumenta\u00e7\u00e3o do flux\u00f4metro deve ter o software de tabela de vapor necess\u00e1rio para calcular as condi\u00e7\u00f5es de vapor superaquecido, a fim de fornecer os dados corretos. <\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\">Se o caudal\u00edmetro for do tipo de press\u00e3o diferencial sem tal instrumenta\u00e7\u00e3o, a medi\u00e7\u00e3o do caudal mostrar\u00e1 sempre um erro quando o vapor sobreaquecido estiver presente. O medidor de caudal est\u00e1 a ler vapor saturado \u00e0 temperatura correspondente.
