O elemento \"prim\u00e1rio\" ou unidade de tubula\u00e7\u00e3o, por exemplo, uma placa de orif\u00edcio, colocada na passagem de vapor.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">2. O elemento \"secund\u00e1rio\" que converte os sinais em uma forma utiliz\u00e1vel.\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Al\u00e9m disso, deve haver um tipo de processador eletr\u00f4nico que possa receber, processar e exibir as informa\u00e7\u00f5es exigidas pelo usu\u00e1rio. Este processador tamb\u00e9m pode receber sinais de press\u00e3o e\/ou densidade a fim de realizar a compensa\u00e7\u00e3o de densidade. O movimento do diafragma produzido pela press\u00e3o diferencial altera a folga entre as placas e varia a capacit\u00e2ncia el\u00e9trica do transmissor, que por sua vez altera o sinal de sa\u00edda el\u00e9trica.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">O movimento do diafragma \u00e9 diretamente proporcional \u00e0 diferen\u00e7a de press\u00e3o. O sinal de sa\u00edda do transmissor \u00e9 alimentado a um circuito eletr\u00f4nico que o amplifica e retifica para produzir um sinal anal\u00f3gico de 4-20 mA dc. O sinal pode ser transmitido a uma variedade de instrumentos para:<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Fornecer uma leitura da taxa de fluxo.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Use com outros dados para formar parte de um sinal de controle.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">A sofistica\u00e7\u00e3o do instrumento depender\u00e1 do tipo de informa\u00e7\u00e3o requerida pelo usu\u00e1rio.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h3><b>Medi\u00e7\u00e3o do fluxo de vapor com transmissores de press\u00e3o diferencial avan\u00e7ados<\/b><\/h3>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Com os avan\u00e7os da microeletr\u00f4nica e a busca de sistemas de controle mais sofisticados, foram desenvolvidos avan\u00e7ados transmissores de press\u00e3o diferencial. Al\u00e9m das suas fun\u00e7\u00f5es b\u00e1sicas de medi\u00e7\u00e3o de press\u00e3o diferencial, est\u00e3o dispon\u00edveis transmissores que:\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Eles podem indicar a press\u00e3o real (em oposi\u00e7\u00e3o ao diferencial).<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Ter capacidade de comunica\u00e7\u00e3o, por exemplo, HART\u00ae ou Fieldbus.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Ter autoteste ou fun\u00e7\u00f5es de diagn\u00f3stico.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Tenha uma intelig\u00eancia que seja capaz de realizar c\u00e1lculos e exibir os resultados localmente.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Aceitar sinais adicionais, por exemplo, temperatura ou press\u00e3o.\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h4><b>Recolha de dados\u00a0<\/b><\/h4>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Existem muitos m\u00e9todos para recuperar e processar estes dados:<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Processadores de fluxo<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">PLCs (Sistemas de Computa\u00e7\u00e3o L\u00f3gica Program\u00e1vel)<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">DCSs Centralizados (Sistemas de Controlo Distribu\u00eddo)\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">SCADAs (Supervisory Control and Data Acquisition systems).\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<div class=\"alert alert-info\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Um dos m\u00e9todos mais simples de recolha, armazenamento e visualiza\u00e7\u00e3o de dados \u00e9 o Flow Processor. Com o advento do microprocessador, temos agora processadores extremamente vers\u00e1teis para a medi\u00e7\u00e3o de vaz\u00e3o.\u00a0<\/span><\/div>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Os seguintes dados podem ser exibidos com estes dispositivos: <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u25a1 <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Caudal actual.<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><br \/>\n<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Vapor total utilizado.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Temperatura \/ press\u00e3o de vapor.\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Uso de vapor durante per\u00edodos espec\u00edficos.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Fluxos e press\u00f5es anormais e activa\u00e7\u00e3o de alarmes remotos.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Compensa\u00e7\u00e3o por varia\u00e7\u00f5es de densidade.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Transmiss\u00e3o para os gravadores de gr\u00e1ficos.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Transmiss\u00e3o para sistemas de monitoramento de energia.\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Alguns podem ser chamados de \"medidores de energia\" pois, al\u00e9m dos acima mencionados, podem usar tempo, tabelas de vapor e outras vari\u00e1veis para calcular e exibir a pot\u00eancia (kW : Btu\/h) e o uso de energia t\u00e9rmica (kJ : Btu). Al\u00e9m disso, as unidades de exibi\u00e7\u00e3o podem ser usadas para dar uma leitura local da vaz\u00e3o.<\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h4><b>An\u00e1lise de dados\u00a0<\/b><\/h4>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">A coleta de dados, seja manual, semi-autom\u00e1tica ou totalmente autom\u00e1tica, ser\u00e1 utilizada como ferramenta de supervis\u00e3o para monitorar e controlar o custo da energia. Estes dados ter\u00e3o de ser recolhidos durante um per\u00edodo de tempo suficiente para dar uma imagem precisa dos custos e tend\u00eancias do processo. Certos processos exigir\u00e3o dados diariamente, embora a unidade preferida dos utilizadores industriais seja a semana de produ\u00e7\u00e3o.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">A forma mais comum de analisar os dados \u00e9 a utiliza\u00e7\u00e3o de computadores com programas capazes de manipular c\u00e1lculos estat\u00edsticos e gr\u00e1ficos. Uma vez instalado o sistema de recolha de dados, a rela\u00e7\u00e3o entre a produ\u00e7\u00e3o (por exemplo, toneladas de produto\/hora) e o consumo (por exemplo, toneladas de vapor\/hora) tem de ser determinada. Isto pode ser feito por meio de gr\u00e1ficos onde a rela\u00e7\u00e3o de consumo (ou consumo espec\u00edfico) por produ\u00e7\u00e3o \u00e9 obtida e correlacionada.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Os n\u00fameros resultantes podem conter incertezas sobre a natureza precisa desta rela\u00e7\u00e3o. H\u00e1 duas raz\u00f5es principais:\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Fatores secund\u00e1rios podem afetar os n\u00edveis de consumo.\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">O controle do consumo de energia prim\u00e1ria pode ser pobre, escondendo uma rela\u00e7\u00e3o clara.\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<div class=\"alert alert-info\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">As t\u00e9cnicas de regress\u00e3o podem ser utilizadas para identificar o efeito de v\u00e1rios factores. Deve-se ter cuidado ao usar tais m\u00e9todos, pois uma rela\u00e7\u00e3o estat\u00edstica pode ser facilmente criada entre duas ou mais vari\u00e1veis que s\u00e3o de fato totalmente independentes.<\/span><\/div>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Uma vez determinados estes fatores, os \"consumos de energia padr\u00e3o\" podem ser determinados. Estes n\u00fameros devem ent\u00e3o ser analisados, fazendo as seguintes perguntas:\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Como \u00e9 que o consumo se compara com o padr\u00e3o?<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">O consumo est\u00e1 acima ou abaixo do padr\u00e3o e por quanto?<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Existe uma tend\u00eancia no consumo?<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><br \/>\n<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Se houver uma varia\u00e7\u00e3o no consumo, pode ser por v\u00e1rias raz\u00f5es:<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Controle deficiente do consumo de energia nessa se\u00e7\u00e3o.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Equipamento defeituoso ou com necessidade de manuten\u00e7\u00e3o.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Varia\u00e7\u00f5es sazonais.\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">A fim de isolar a causa, \u00e9 necess\u00e1rio verificar primeiro os registros passados para determinar se a mudan\u00e7a \u00e9 uma tend\u00eancia para o aumento do consumo ou se \u00e9 uma mudan\u00e7a pontual. Neste \u00faltimo caso, as verifica\u00e7\u00f5es em torno da f\u00e1brica em busca de vazamentos e pe\u00e7as defeituosas do equipamento, etc., devem ser continuadas e reparadas.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<div class=\"alert alert-info\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">O consumo padr\u00e3o tem de ser alcan\u00e7\u00e1vel e muitas vezes \u00e9 utilizado a linha que melhor se adapta \u00e0 m\u00e9dia e n\u00e3o o melhor desempenho alcan\u00e7\u00e1vel.<\/span><\/div>\n<p><b><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"size-full wp-image-9485 aligncenter\"
