Esta condensa\u00e7\u00e3o ocorre sempre a uma temperatura constante, quando a press\u00e3o no espa\u00e7o de vapor permanece constante.<\/span><\/p>\n<blockquote><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Por exemplo, o vapor saturado \u00e0 press\u00e3o atmosf\u00e9rica tem uma temperatura de 100 \u00b0C e ir\u00e1 condensar em \u00e1gua a 100 \u00b0C, enquanto que \u00e0 press\u00e3o de 1 bar, o vapor saturado tem uma temperatura de 120 \u00b0C e ir\u00e1 condensar em \u00e1gua a 120 \u00b0C.<\/span><\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">O vapor tamb\u00e9m \u00e9 encontrado em permutadores de calor a uma press\u00e3o inferior \u00e0 atmosf\u00e9rica, por exemplo, o vapor a 0,5 bar abaixo da press\u00e3o atmosf\u00e9rica tem uma temperatura de cerca de 82 \u00b0C e ir\u00e1 condensar em \u00e1gua a 82 \u00b0C. Para variar a transfer\u00eancia de calor do vapor na condensa\u00e7\u00e3o, a temperatura (e portanto tamb\u00e9m a press\u00e3o) do vapor no espa\u00e7o de vapor \u00e9 alterada.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<blockquote><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Por exemplo, se um permutador de calor utiliza vapor a 160 \u00b0C a plena carga e a carga \u00e9 reduzida em 50 %, ser\u00e1 necess\u00e1rio vapor a uma temperatura mais baixa. A DTMA com carga m\u00e1xima neste exemplo \u00e9 de 120 \u00b0C - 50 \u00b0C = 70 \u00b0C.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Observe a situa\u00e7\u00e3o quando a carga do processo \u00e9 reduzida para 2\/3 da carga. A plena carga, o aumento da temperatura da \u00e1gua \u00e9 de 20 \u00b0C. vapor \u00e9 agora atmosf\u00e9rica. Consequentemente, n\u00e3o h\u00e1 press\u00e3o de vapor dispon\u00edvel no espa\u00e7o de vapor para expulsar o condensado atrav\u00e9s de um purgador.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Mesmo que a linha de condensado descarregue para um purgador aberto, o condensado n\u00e3o pode drenar para fora do permutador de calor. O condensado retornar\u00e1 na linha de drenagem e inundar\u00e1 o permutador de calor, a menos que sejam tomadas as devidas precau\u00e7\u00f5es.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Se o condensado voltar a fluir para o permutador, a \u00e1rea de superf\u00edcie dispon\u00edvel para condensar vapor \u00e9 reduzida, o fluxo de calor diminui e a temperatura da \u00e1gua de sa\u00edda come\u00e7a a baixar. Quando o sensor de temperatura detecta isso, o controlador abre um pouco mais a v\u00e1lvula de controle para aumentar o fluxo de vapor, o que aumenta a press\u00e3o no espa\u00e7o de vapor acima da atmosfera (neste caso) e logo ser\u00e1 suficiente para expelir o condensado atrav\u00e9s do sif\u00e3o.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">O n\u00edvel de condensado \u00e9 reduzido, mas agora a press\u00e3o no espa\u00e7o de vapor \u00e9 maior do que a press\u00e3o atmosf\u00e9rica necess\u00e1ria para aquecer a \u00e1gua at\u00e9 60 \u00b0C. A temperatura da \u00e1gua sobe ent\u00e3o. Quando o sensor detecta isto, o controlador fecha a v\u00e1lvula de controle. A press\u00e3o no espa\u00e7o de vapor \u00e9 reduzida \u00e0 press\u00e3o atmosf\u00e9rica e a inunda\u00e7\u00e3o ocorre novamente.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<blockquote><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Isto resulta em um ciclo cont\u00ednuo da temperatura da \u00e1gua acima e abaixo de 60 \u00b0C.
