De hecho, se debe hacer hincapi\u00e9 en que hay que hacer todo lo posible por determinar las presiones de trabajo y el caudal.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Desde luego que, si la presi\u00f3n de trabajo del equipo no se conoce, a veces se puede llegar a un arreglo. Bajo estas circunstancias, se sugiere que la v\u00e1lvula de control sea seleccionada usando una ca\u00edda de presi\u00f3n de un 10% a un 20% de la presi\u00f3n aguas arriba. De esta manera, ser\u00e1 m\u00e1s que probable que la v\u00e1lvula de control seleccionada est\u00e9 sobredimensionada.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Para ayudar en esta situaci\u00f3n y hacer el dimensionado de v\u00e1lvulas de vapor usando una ca\u00edda de presi\u00f3n arbitraria, una v\u00e1lvula equiporcentual proporcionar\u00e1 un mejor rendimiento operativo que una v\u00e1lvula lineal, tal y como explicamos en las <\/span><b>caracter\u00edsticas de la v\u00e1lvula de control<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">.<\/span><\/p>\n<blockquote><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Sin embargo, para aplicaciones cr\u00edticas no es nada recomendable el dimensionado de v\u00e1lvulas de vapor usando una ca\u00edda de presi\u00f3n arbitraria. <\/span><\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p><script src=\"https:\/\/fast.wistia.com\/embed\/medias\/1ykghlk4dz.jsonp\" async><\/script><script src=\"https:\/\/fast.wistia.com\/assets\/external\/E-v1.js\" async><\/script><\/p>\n<div class=\"wistia_embed wistia_async_1ykghlk4dz seo=false\" style=\"width: 100%; height: 218px; position: relative;\"><\/div>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h3><b>Dimensionado de v\u00e1lvulas de vapor usando una ca\u00edda de presi\u00f3n arbitraria: \u00bfCu\u00e1nto mayor sea la ca\u00edda de presi\u00f3n mejor?<\/b><\/h3>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Por lo general, es mejor hacer el dimensionado de v\u00e1lvulas de vapor con ca\u00edda de presi\u00f3n cr\u00edtica a trav\u00e9s de la v\u00e1lvula usando la carga m\u00e1xima. De esta manera, ser\u00e1 m\u00e1s f\u00e1cil reducir el tama\u00f1o y el coste de la v\u00e1lvula de control. Sin embargo, puede que las condiciones de la aplicaci\u00f3n no lo permitan.<\/span><\/p>\n<blockquote><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Por ejemplo, si la presi\u00f3n de trabajo con los <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/vaporparalaindustria.com\/category\/intercambiadores-de-calor-con-vapor\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\"><b>intercambiadores de calor<\/b><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> es de 4,5 bar a, y la presi\u00f3n m\u00e1xima de vapor disponible es de s\u00f3lo 5 bar a, la v\u00e1lvula solo se puede dimensionar con una ca\u00edda de presi\u00f3n del 10% ([5 &#8211; 4,5] \/ 5 = 0,1. De esta manera, aumentar\u00eda la ca\u00edda de presi\u00f3n a trav\u00e9s de la v\u00e1lvula de control.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Esto podr\u00eda dar como resultado una v\u00e1lvula m\u00e1s peque\u00f1a, pero, lamentablemente, un intercambiador de calor m\u00e1s grande, porque la presi\u00f3n de trabajo (y temperatura) del intercambiador de calor, ahora ser\u00eda m\u00e1s baja. <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Sin embargo, un intercambiador de calor m\u00e1s grande que trabaje a una presi\u00f3n m\u00e1s baja aportar\u00eda algunas ventajas: <\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Hay menos tendencia a que se formen incrustaciones y se ensucien las superficies de calentamiento cuando la temperatura de vapor requerida es menor. <\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">En el sistema de condensado se generar\u00eda menos revaporizado que provoca\u00eda menos contrapresi\u00f3n en la tuber\u00eda de retorno de condensado. <\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Es importante hacer un equilibrio entre el coste de la v\u00e1lvula y el intercambiador de calor, la capacidad de la v\u00e1lvula para controlar adecuadamente y los efectos sobre el resto del sistema, como se ha explicado anteriormente.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">En sistemas de vapor, las v\u00e1lvulas equiporcentuales normalmente ser\u00e1n una mejor opci\u00f3n que las v\u00e1lvulas lineales, ya que las bajas ca\u00eddas de presi\u00f3n tendr\u00e1n menos efecto en su rendimiento operativo.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Finalmente, antes de hacer el <\/span><a
