Para calcular o ru\u00eddo emitido pelo <\/span><a href=\"\/\/vaporparalaindustria.com\/pt\/category\/valvulas-de-control\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\"><b>v\u00e1lvulas de controlo<\/b><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> equa\u00e7\u00f5es complicadas s\u00e3o necess\u00e1rias e dif\u00edceis de fazer manualmente.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Considera-se que uma v\u00e1lvula de controle normalmente produzir\u00e1 ru\u00eddo inaceit\u00e1vel se a velocidade do vapor saturado seco na sa\u00edda da v\u00e1lvula de controle for maior que 0,3 Mach. Grandes graus de superaquecimento s\u00e3o geralmente indesej\u00e1veis nos processos de aquecimento, por isso \u00e9 importante poder determinar se isso ir\u00e1 ocorrer.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">No entanto, as velocidades do vapor sobreaquecido (e do g\u00e1s seco) podem chegar a 0,5 Mach no orif\u00edcio de sa\u00edda; enquanto que, na outra extremidade da escala, os l\u00edquidos podem ser limitados a uma velocidade m\u00e1xima de sa\u00edda de 10 m\/s. Tomemos um exemplo real destes fatores a serem levados em considera\u00e7\u00e3o ao dimensionar v\u00e1lvulas de controle em sistemas de vapor:<\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h3><b>Velocidade de sa\u00edda da v\u00e1lvula e efeito secagem\/sobreaquecimento<\/b><\/h3>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Uma v\u00e1lvula de controle \u00e9 fornecida com vapor seco saturado de um separador de gotas a 12 bar r e \u00e9 utilizada para baixar a press\u00e3o de vapor para 4 bar r a plena carga. A vaz\u00e3o de carga total \u00e9 de 1300 kg\/h, requerendo um Kvr de 8,3.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Inicialmente \u00e9 considerada uma v\u00e1lvula DN25 (1\") que tem um Kvs de 10 e uma \u00e1rea de sa\u00edda de v\u00e1lvula de 0,00049 m2. Qual seria a velocidade de vapor na sa\u00edda da v\u00e1lvula? Determinar o estado do vapor na sa\u00edda da v\u00e1lvula a 4 bar r.<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><br \/>\n<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">O grau de secagem e superaquecimento pode ser calculado a partir do seguinte procedimento: A partir de tabelas de vapor, o calor total (hg) no vapor seco saturado a montante a 12 bar r = 2 787 kJ\/kg. <\/span><\/p>\n<blockquote><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Como o vapor de alimenta\u00e7\u00e3o est\u00e1 em estado saturado seco, o vapor ir\u00e1 certamente sobreaquecer depois de passar pela v\u00e1lvula. Portanto, tabelas de vapor superaquecido devem ser usadas para quantificar as suas propriedades.<\/span><\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Usando o <\/span><a href=\"\/\/beta.spiraxsarco.com\/Resources-and-design-tools\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\"><b>mesas de vapor do site da Spirax Sarco<\/b><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">o estado do vapor a jusante a 4 bar r pode ser calculado seleccionando <\/span><a href=\"\/\/beta.spiraxsarco.com\/resources-and-design-tools\/steam-tables\/superheated-steam-region\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\"><b>vapor superaquecido<\/b><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> e introduzindo uma press\u00e3o de '4 bar r' e um calor total (h) de 2787 kJ\/kg.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Ao introduzir estes valores, as tabelas de vapor dar\u00e3o um resultado de vapor sobreaquecido a 4 bar r com sobreaquecimento de 16,9 graus (442 K). Considere o pr\u00f3ximo tamanho de v\u00e1lvula acima, uma v\u00e1lvula DN32 (mas com internos de 25 mm). Por exemplo, se o vapor a montante for conhecido por estar h\u00famido, a condi\u00e7\u00e3o do vapor a jusante pode estar h\u00famido, saturado seco ou sobreaquecido, dependendo da queda de press\u00e3o.
