Se, num dado momento, o caudal de vapor atrav\u00e9s da v\u00e1lvula for inferior \u00e0 taxa de condensa\u00e7\u00e3o, se a v\u00e1lvula for demasiado pequena, a press\u00e3o de vapor e a taxa de transfer\u00eancia de calor no permutador de calor cair\u00e3o abaixo do necess\u00e1rio, o permutador de calor n\u00e3o ser\u00e1 capaz de satisfazer a carga de calor.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Assim, se um <\/span><b>sistema de controle modulante<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">medida que a temperatura do processo se aproxima do set point do controlador, este fechar\u00e1 a v\u00e1lvula por uma quantidade relacionada, reduzindo assim o fluxo de vapor para manter a press\u00e3o mais baixa necess\u00e1ria para suportar uma carga t\u00e9rmica mais baixa.
