Isto \u00e9 conseguido atrav\u00e9s do controlo da v\u00e1lvula de 2 vias que fornece vapor ao permutador de calor. O sensor prim\u00e1rio pode ser um termopar ou um sensor de temperatura de resist\u00eancia de platina PT100 para detectar a temperatura da \u00e1gua.<\/span><\/p>\n<blockquote><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">O controlador compara o sinal do sensor com o set point no controlador. Se houver uma diferen\u00e7a, o controlador envia um sinal para o atuador da v\u00e1lvula, que, por sua vez, move a v\u00e1lvula para uma nova posi\u00e7\u00e3o. O controlador tamb\u00e9m pode incorporar um sinal de sa\u00edda indicando a percentagem de abertura da v\u00e1lvula.<\/span><\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">A grande maioria dos <\/span><b>controles para sistemas de aquecimento e processos industriais<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> s\u00e3o simples la\u00e7os de controlo. Mas, se a taxa de pulveriza\u00e7\u00e3o de \u00e1gua mudar devido, por exemplo, a flutua\u00e7\u00f5es na press\u00e3o de fornecimento de \u00e1gua, pode levar cerca de 10 minutos at\u00e9 que o produto chegue ao fim da correia transportadora e o sensor de umidade reaja. Isto ir\u00e1 causar varia\u00e7\u00f5es na qualidade do produto.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Para melhorar o controle, um segundo <\/span><b>sensor de umidade<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> em outro la\u00e7o de controle imediatamente ap\u00f3s o spray de \u00e1gua, como mostrado imediatamente acima. Este sensor de umidade fornece ao controlador uma entrada remota com um setpoint que \u00e9 usado para compensar o setpoint local.
