{"id":6665,"date":"2017-06-22T09:00:49","date_gmt":"2017-06-22T07:00:49","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/vaporparalaindustria.com\/?p=6665"},"modified":"2022-03-24T12:44:56","modified_gmt":"2022-03-24T11:44:56","slug":"metodos-de-calculo-de-consumo-de-vapor-industrial","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/vaporparalaindustria.com\/pt\/metodos-de-calculo-de-consumo-de-vapor-industrial\/","title":{"rendered":"M\u00e9todos de C\u00e1lculo de Consumo de Vapor para Plantas Industriais"},"content":{"rendered":"<p class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\">Antes que seja poss\u00edvel dimensionar corretamente uma v\u00e1lvula de controle de vapor, um sistema de distribui\u00e7\u00e3o ou mesmo uma caldeira, \u00e9 necess\u00e1rio conhecer com a maior precis\u00e3o poss\u00edvel a quantidade de vapor necess\u00e1ria, raz\u00e3o pela qual apresentamos neste post os m\u00e9todos de c\u00e1lculo do consumo de vapor para instala\u00e7\u00f5es industriais.<\/span><!--more--><\/p>\n<h4 class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\">Vamos primeiro compreender os tipos de fluxos de vapor de aquecimento. Praticamente todas as taxas de fluxo de aquecimento podem ser classificadas em duas categorias: <\/span><\/h4>\n<ul class=\"ul1\">\n<li class=\"li1\"><span class=\"s1\"><b>Aumento de temperatura<\/b> - aquecimento de um material desde uma temperatura mais baixa at\u00e9 uma temperatura mais alta. <\/span><\/li>\n<li class=\"li1\"><span class=\"s1\"><b>Manuten\u00e7\u00e3o da temperatura<\/b> - compensa\u00e7\u00e3o de perdas de calor para manter uma temperatura definida. <\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\"><br \/>\nNormalmente, em uma aplica\u00e7\u00e3o de trocador de calor este \u00e9 o caso primeiro, com um produto entrando no lado secund\u00e1rio do trocador de calor a uma determinada temperatura e deixando-o a uma temperatura mais alta.<br \/>\n<\/span><\/p>\n<h3 class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\"><b>Modos de c\u00e1lculo de consumo de vapor para instala\u00e7\u00f5es industriais<\/b><\/span><\/h3>\n<h4 class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\">O consumo de vapor pode ser obtido de uma de tr\u00eas maneiras:.<br \/>\n<\/span><\/h4>\n<ul class=\"ul1\">\n<li class=\"li1\"><b><\/b><span class=\"s1\">Medi\u00e7\u00e3o <\/span><\/li>\n<li class=\"li1\"><b><\/b><span class=\"s1\">Informa\u00e7\u00f5es do fabricante <\/span><\/li>\n<li class=\"li1\"><b><\/b><span class=\"s1\">C\u00e1lculo <\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3 class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\"><b><br \/>\nMedi\u00e7\u00e3o do consumo de vapor<\/b><\/span><\/h3>\n<p class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\"><b><br \/>\n<\/b>Obviamente, o fluxo de vapor n\u00e3o pode ser medido na fase de projeto de uma instala\u00e7\u00e3o. A medi\u00e7\u00e3o do fluxo de vapor s\u00f3 pode ser usada para estabelecer a vaz\u00e3o de vapor de uma instala\u00e7\u00e3o existente.<\/span><\/p>\n<blockquote>\n<p class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\">Dois m\u00e9todos de medi\u00e7\u00e3o est\u00e3o dispon\u00edveis: a medi\u00e7\u00e3o do fluxo de vapor dentro do processo, ou o <a href=\"https:\/\/vaporparalaindustria.com\/pt\/ahorro-en-costes-de-la-recuperacion-de-condensados-sistemas-vapor\/\"><span class=\"s2\"><b>medi\u00e7\u00e3o do condensado resultante do processo<\/b><\/span><\/a>. <\/span><\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<h3 class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\"><b>Informa\u00e7\u00f5es do fabricante<\/b> <\/span><\/h3>\n<p class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\">Algumas unidades de materiais fabricados s\u00e3o fornecidas com informa\u00e7\u00f5es sobre o seu desempenho t\u00e9rmico. <\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\">Estes valores ser\u00e3o normalmente baseados no aumento de um dado incremento de temperatura, uma dada quantidade de ar ou \u00e1gua, usando vapor a uma press\u00e3o especificada. <\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\">Nunca se deve assumir que os dados do fabricante s\u00e3o equivalentes ao fluxo real. Na tabela seguinte<i> <\/i>S\u00e3o dados os calores espec\u00edficos e as gravidades espec\u00edficas de v\u00e1rios l\u00edquidos. <\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\"><a class=\"s1\">Como o caudal de vapor \u00e9 normalmente necess\u00e1rio, a F\u00f3rmula 2b ser\u00e1 normalmente mais \u00fatil. <\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\"><a class=\"s1\">O coeficiente de transfer\u00eancia de calor \"k\" \u00e9 um valor que d\u00e1 a taxa global na qual se espera que o calor viaje de um meio quente para um meio mais frio, atrav\u00e9s da barreira que os separa. <\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\">Alguns valores t\u00edpicos de \"k\", expressos em W \/ m2 \u00baC, para o fluxo de calor do vapor, e atrav\u00e9s do a\u00e7o inoxid\u00e1vel para v\u00e1rios l\u00edquidos em permutadores de calor de placas, s\u00e3o apresentados na tabela seguinte. <\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\"><a href=\"https:\/\/vaporparalaindustria.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/06\/calculo-de-consumo-de-vapor-5.png\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" referida na f\u00f3rmula acima \u00e9 a \u00e1rea sobre a qual esta transfer\u00eancia de calor ocorre. A capacidade de um permutador para alcan\u00e7ar as condi\u00e7\u00f5es dadas pode ser verificada usando a F\u00f3rmula 2a, desde que a superf\u00edcie de troca de calor e o coeficiente de transfer\u00eancia de calor sejam conhecidos. <\/span><\/p>\n<h3 class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\">Muitos engenheiros est\u00e3o interessados em <a href=\"https:\/\/vaporparalaindustria.com\/pt\/calcular-el-coste-de-producir-vapor\/\"><span class=\"s2\">calcular o custo de produ\u00e7\u00e3o de vapor na sua f\u00e1brica<\/span><\/a>Vamos olhar para alguns exemplos:<\/span><\/h3>\n<h4 class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\"><b>Exemplos de c\u00e1lculo de consumo de vapor para instala\u00e7\u00f5es industriais<\/b><\/span><\/h4>\n<blockquote>\n<p class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\"><b>Exemplo 1<\/b>: Calcular o caudal de vapor num permutador necess\u00e1rio para aquecer 15 m3\/h de \u00e1gua de 20\u00b0C a 60\u00b0C.
